During her 13 years of employment in the development banking, non-profit organisations and public service, she experienced number of organisational transformation processes. These processes were initiated as a result of socio-economic and political transition in RSA and globally, there was a need for applying corporate governance ethics in business practices. She experienced these processes through project-managing number of initiatives, being a government management official, consultancy services etc. It bothered her that too much attention was paid on organisations than individuals and teams employed in them and those providing services to these organisations. She therefore zealously desires to love these individuals and teams that they pursue purpose and live to make a different.
